I am extremely upset with hellomillions. I follow a really popular gambler NG slots and he recommend this site a couple of years ago.

I opened up an account and then shortly closed and never redeemed anything. I originally opened my account with my old email address and had them delete that one. I unfortunately lost access to my old email account due to my child damaging my phone and my ICloud not saving my information due to lack of storage. This forced me to close out that email account.

Well, years later I opened up another account with hellomillions with my new email , the ONLY email I have access too. I decided to play after years of not playing and I won $7,000. When I went to redeem and scanned my drivers license, they LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. They said I had 2 accounts and that my new account with be closed.

How freaking convenient! They didnt even bother to check the other account for lack of use and the time. They even have documentation of me asking to delete the other account!!! They didnt even ask me anything!!!

Even after I emailed them back why the decision to close my account is unethical!! They told me to use my old account!!! I have zero access to that account and I asked them to delete it!! Why in earth would I use it?!

I havent even used it in years! Now, I cant get ahold of anyone. No calls back after numerous attempts, no emails back after several tickets. I cant message them in their website because they locked me out.

I have messaged them through social media and I got one response to open up another ticket!!! Nothing!!! I put a review on their Facebook page and not a response on that either!!! I am beyond furious!!!

This is by far the worst site to use when it comes to customer service. The fact that they are closing my account with so much money, MY money!!! And didnt even do their due-diligence to research that I wasnt doing anything unethical. I will continue to comment and let people know until my account is resolved!!!

I want my new account restored and my money in my account. ASAP!!!

I won 1k and it was in my account the next day! Now I won 5k and its been the longest nightmare ever!

They made me verify the same exact card they paid me on before and said after verification again that I will get my money in 48hrs and its been 9 days! I get the same lies over and over from their chat and email support. They just said again I need to be verified and after I show a screenshot of verification they lie and say they will escalate it. I been escalated for 9 days still nothing!

But everyday I check and they tell the same lie about verification til I show my screenshot.

Zero help from these people. I think I need a lawyer at this point.

how come my boyfriend was able to cash out for a doordash gift card yesterday & it arrived within like 8 hours & i also cashed out on my account for door dash gift cards & it has now be around 24 hours & last i checked it's still just saying that it's at the "request" stage aka the first stage. how come we both redeemed for the exact same gift cards on the exact same day just on our individual accounts & his came so quick yet mine is still stuck at the first stage (requested) ??? i just do not understand what the difference was that caused such a difference in how long its taking for my gift cards to come opposed to his.

On December 27th 2024 I funded my casino account on hello millions and I ended up hitting a bonus for almost $1,000 thank God I took a screenshot of it that has hello millions logo on it so they can't say it was a different casino so I play it down to like $700 and something dollars I do not know the exact amount on it because I can't see it I can't even get into it anymore so I go to verify myself with my driver's license and a bill and whatever else they were asking for and after I do that it logs me out I try to log back in and it says I have multiple accounts and now it's giving me this account I've never played on I have never funded so I contact her horrible and I do mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40 almost 3 years on Earth okay no joke the worst worst all they do is gaslight you but the first guy with maybe two brain cells left after I explained I was a victim of fraud on the internet my information has been on the black market for a few years now and it was someone in Nigeria that actually has everything in my info including the front and back of my driver's license I was duped about I don't know the beginning or midsummer in 2023 and I had to close every bank account I had change passwords on my Google account Facebook all my social media okay after explaining this the horrible rep says well you can only have one account which one would you like to keep and so I screenshot with the actual receipt with my account number on it that I funded and have about 10 times I hadn't played a whole whole lot there yet but anyhow I made it very clear as to wanting me account with the $700 and some odd dollars on it and I also explained the email address that they had for the fraudulent account was one I have not used in a very very long time like before they even became a casino online okay so he says okay and I go to login a few hours later and it's still that fraudulent account I reply back and tell him you gave me the wrong account sir like it was the other one why did you do that and no reply he would not answer me back there's a fake phone number to call that is out of New York is what it says when I call it and as soon as you call it goes straight to a voicemail every time saying that all their agents are busy leave a message and they will get back with me as soon as possible or within one business day or something like that I have proof on my call logs how many times I called them and left messages and it doesn't matter if it's 12:00 noon or 12:00 midnight it never rings it just goes straight to that voicemail so that also tells me that this place is fraud scammer it's a one man operation if you ask me and he's probably in Nigeria where all the fraud comes from as we well know on the internet. So nobody ever calls me back I will send them an email with the old ticket and a new ticket I get the same generic message that they are working diligently on my account and they need a little bit more time and if I haven't heard back in 72 hours to contact them back and that's the game I've been playing for almost 2 months now so I wrote a horrible review on trust pilot about them and they reply back that they can't find my account with the info given and to please contact them and they want to you know get the straightened out for me and oh just sounds so peachy and so wanting to help me right well I have every email I've sent them which is over 50 of them since Sunday since they wrote that *** of a message back to try and look good on trust pilot yeah cuz I even replied back to them with both account numbers the fraud account number that they made me take and the one that they stole from me it won't get back the last thing I got Sunday night from a man named Richard is he is transferring it to the correct team to get it switched back correctly and guess what I think that team is on vacation and probably doesn't even exist nor have they ever so I have all my receipts on this once again even the screenshot of the hit I won in the bonus of almost $1,000 to prove my story and I have every email of them gaslighting me I have the emails of them asking me multiple times which account do I want to keep and then it never gets processed they could take my account away from me and give me the fraudulent one within one millimeter of a second but over 2 months now almost excuse me almost 2 months now they can't get it back to my old account even though I have that number for them and I keep screenshotting that receipt that I have will my latest receipt that is if need be I can go back and dig in and get every receipt from that place but on the fraudulent account no one has ever funded that so let's play devil's advocate here even if I did open that account which I did not but say I did nothing has ever been added on there funding wise so therefore nobody could have even won money on that account so I am making my promise to them that I made a few moments ago that I am not going to stop I am going to trash their name I'm going to screenshot this or copy this entire message and I am just going to start going to every trust site rating site social media site which I'm on all of them and I am dedicating today to trashing them and I'm going to make sure that it cost them way way way more than the little $700 they won't give back to me so I now have renamed them as goodbye millions I am also going to look into who approves em to b in America to take our $ and scam us

Per usual, the site continues to recommend that I keep playing. Im not gonna keep playing.

Im wondering what other catches there will be. It doesnt give me any other options outside of my drivers license such as Social Security it is and the DMV doesnt open till Monday. I have a damaged license.

The corner is broke, but the barcode chosen full, submit several different forms of identification that Im wondering if I will still be eligible to withdraw the money by the time I get to the DMV and they will accept the paper copy that is provided to me. I think this is such *** It is such a way to get out of , redeeming my win
